A magazine name needs to be unique, catchy, and memorable to show that you know exactly what you’re doing and that you are a step above everyone else.The purpose of having different magazine names is to attract the readers attention and start their lives with a different mindset.





That would be a great name because it would describe exactly what i am trying to show in my magazine, muscles which are strong parts off the body and the fitness that comes with it.


Health Matters


A productive life is inextricably linked to good health. The body's functionality is linked together through several organs. It is critical to keep the organs healthy in order for them to work properly. This magazine explains exactly what we have to keep functioning well and why we have too.



Fitness Benefits


One of the most important things you can do for your health is to engage in regular physical activity. Physical activity can improve your brain health, help you control your weight, lower your risk of disease, strengthen your bones and muscles, and increase your ability to complete everyday tasks. The magazine will cover all of these facts which will be a great name because it will follow these facts along the way



Getting in Shape


Every other day, jog or run for 20 to 30 minutes. Other moderate-intensity exercises include brisk walking, swimming, and bicycling. Do three to four rounds of bodyweight exercises like squats, pushups, lunges, burpees, or Russian twists after your cardio session.  These are some facts i can include in the magazine. We can talk about hitting the gym and different workouts that will get you into shape.



Weightlifting Facts



Do you know what weightlifting is? Strength training exercises like weightlifting can help you get stronger. Some facts and advantages include increasing your strength, burning calories effectively, reducing belly fat, making you look thinner, lowering your danger of injury, and decreasing your risk of falling.


Building Muscles


Building strength puts a lot of strain on your body, which requires daily effort. Foods high in protein are crucial for building muscle, but energy must also come from carbohydrates and fats. If gaining lean muscle is your aim, eating more calories from foods that promote muscle growth each day and engaging in regular exercise should be your main priorities.


My favorite is the Health Matters one because it defines everything that you have been working for. It shows that people work their hardest to live to their fullest and live a good life with a good body. Also it can motivate people in a different way by making them look at their fullest potential.
